The actions undertaken in this area will serve to build and maintain
permanent frameworks for co-operation between institutions, chiefly by
regulating internal and external information flow. They will also focus
on the development of the network of participants in other bodies. The
structuring of all activities into a partnership will require periodic
programme assessment and overall budgetary planning. It also will require
the collection of data for activity reports. Furthermore, the co-operative
environment provided by the agreement will pave the way for the holding
of far-reaching cultural events requiring long-term preparation.
